Ryan Amlin I really enjoyed this tea. The taste was amazing and it made me incredibly sleepy. I've had plenty of teas with chamomile but this tea was by far the best. About 30-45 mins after drinking I was so relaxed I could barely stay awake. I had a perfect nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed.
